Who owns what?
Your domain name, your content, your photos, your customer data — always yours, full stop. The site build, design, and hosting platform are part of the managed service. If you ever want to own the site outright, there's a straightforward buyout option.
What happens if I cancel?
After the initial term you can cancel with 30 days' notice. We hand over your domain and content, and if you'd like to keep the site itself, the buyout makes that simple. No hostages, no hard feelings.
What's NOT included?
Paid advertising budgets, e-commerce stores, and large custom builds are quoted separately. If your business is bigger than these plans, that's what our custom engagements are for.
